Last month we mentioned some great classes in and around London which will get you out in the elements and your endorphins up and running.
Since then our Putney Store Manager, Emily Carpenter, and Northcote Store Manager, Tiina Mielon, have been testing out a range of classes and each month Emily will be bringing you her feedback and top tips...
Project Awesome with Anna and Danny
The most awesomely fun workout in London by a long way! Anna and Danny run a workout every Wednesday at The Scoop, London Bridge, which is completely free. Every time I leave their class I feel incredible and ready for the day ahead.
