TEAMROOM ITEMS:

There are no delivery charges for Teamroom orders. Your order will be delivered in bulk along with other team members orders to the kit rep of the School/Club.

Production of orders will only commence once the Teamroom has been closed which is at the discretion of your kit rep. Delivery is 8-10 weeks from the point the team room closes.


RETURNS:

  • 28 days return period - Full Price Items.
  • 14 days return period - Sale/Clearance Items.
  • Make sure item is unworn with original tags attached.
  • Fill in the returns form on the back of your invoice requesting a refund or exchange.
  • Use the address label that’s on the bottom of your invoice (it is not pre-paid.)
  • Return via Post Office or courier of your choice.
  • Use a tracked/insured service as the customer is liable for any losses.
  • Refunds take up to 10 working days.
  • Exchanges take up to 14 working days.
  • You will be refunded to your original method of payment.
  • Once we have processed your return/exchange you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Please allow 3-5 working days from receipt of email for the refund to show on your statement.
