Spring into action

The lighter mornings and longer days have suddenly sparked our endorphins with many of us looking to top up our fitness levels as we enter Spring. Whether you’re training for a specific event or you simply need motivation to leave the sofa, there are plenty of fun activities to get you moving. So, once again, our fitness duo and store managers – Emily and Tiina – have been checking what’s out there…

SUP with Active 360

Our friends at Active 360 are busy polishing up their boards ready for the new season of stand up paddleboarding. SUP is one of the fastest growing sports in the world and is popular with people of all ages. It’s a great way to get fit and improve core strength whilst enjoying beautiful surroundings and the tranquillity of being on water.

A brilliant way to exercise with pumping tracks to get you motivated. Your personal disco along with the instructor's commands feed through your headphones resulting in an upbeat, full body workout. We were pushed to the max from the partner circuits combined with sprints. If you're lacking motivation this will be perfect for you!
