So, when we were hatching a plan to make the most of our daily exercise allowance during lockdown – the tideway, as always, floated our boat.

This weekend we’re launching a new competition to inspire a little street art and creativity on your daily exercise allowance. Whether you’re walking, running, cycling or just skipping around the garden, we want to see you get creative!

Since launching Crewroom 20 years ago I have, on occasion, been required to navigate a steady course through some choppy waters when global economic challenges threaten the normal flow of business. However, the recent outbreak of Covid-19 is unprecedented and is unlike anything we have ever experienced. Therefore, in these unsettling times, I wanted to contact you personally.

This weekend marks International Women’s Day – a global day of celebration acknowledging the great social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. It’s also a call to action for accelerating women's equality.
