ISPO is the leading international trade fair for sporting goods and sports fashion presenting the latest trends in sportswear and has taken place annually for the past 40 years. We visit annually to check on the latest innovations in fabric and design, whilst also having a few steins with friends.
This year we braved the bitter cold and snow storms in Munich to navigate the colossal exhibition centre which, at over 180,000m2 with 3,000 exhibitors, certainly accumulates an impressive step count (17742 on a daily average if you’d like to know).
And what we found is a resurgence of 90’s retro cool threading its way through each of the halls, particularly in winter sports. So you never know, you may see a bit of 90’s magic making a pop in upcoming Crewroom collections, watch this space… seriously if you do want us to bring in deely boppers, please say.
