CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Super service, nice team

Ordered this and was having it shipped to Canada. Shipping was free as I met the dollar amount for free shipping. Received it relatively quickly. I did have to pay duty but well worth it for the quality of the products.

Really lovely employees who are extremely helpful

Great service, quality rowing gear… Tried and tested time and time again!

Easy efficient

I used the chat option on their website to order a custom baselayer, as I'd missed the opportunity to buy one at an event. The staff were efficient, friendly, and the purchase was simple. Thank you!

User friendly and a good range of products.

Great products and excellent range.

Great products, great value through the outlet and great customer service

Fast service. Can be hard to get some products but that’s probably due to their quality and popularity.

Great service and the merchandise arrived promptly.

Fast reliable service, selling high quality products

I love my new crewroom gear.
The quality is exceptional and the fit is great.
However my high waist 8" rowing shorts are wrongly labelled and they are clearly 5" and not 8". I

Historically really good gear. Unfortunately the cut on tech shirts is now far too short. Tried twice in case 1st was a one off but 2nd the same. Shame

They ask for a review and haven't yet delivered the ordered goods. Farcical.

These caps work so well for people who have very sensitive eyes

Item well described and a [painless online purchase

Limited in bright outer winter tops for rowing in . Ordering is fairly easy and payment. P&P delivery all fine.

Have had mixed feelings about shopping at Crewroom as it’s pricey. Previous efforts to order kit have met with no success at all. I was given a Gift voucher and trying to spend it was a nightmare. We gave up in the end. Other attempts also failed for whatever reason. However, Crewroom kit is very desirable so I decided to give it another stab. Has gone really well. Received items super quickly. Above all, we love the quality and random people, not only rowers, comment on how nice it is. Now I’m finally hooked!

I bought a pair of padded ERGO shorts, however the padding is no good for the Ergo, it is obviously a bicycle short, with the padding in the wrong place for the Ergo.

Easy purchase. Quick delivery.

Order arrived promptly. Returning order for larger sizes was a simple process. Very helpful on the phone.

My go to layer for leaving the house! Lightweight, warm & gorgeous colours

Really good kit for rowers.

Great communication, helpful and friendly

I typically love your stuff. Shipping can be a nightmare going through customs and having the package torn open and searched, but CR has responded to these problems

Very helpful and knowledgable service. A great help.
