We hope that you are happy with your Crewroom purchase. However we understand that you may occasionally need to return items.

  • 28 days return period - Full Price Items
  • 14 days return period - Sale/Clearance Items
  • Make sure item is unworn with original tags attached
  • Crewroom reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct from a refund any diminution of value as a result of the product not being in the above condition.
  • Fill in the returns form on the back of your invoice requesting a refund or exchange, remember to include a reason to help us improve our products. (We can only exchange like for like products e.g a different size, if you want a different item then you will need to request a refund and place a new order.)
  • Use the address label that’s on the bottom of your invoice (it is not pre-paid.)
  • Return via Post Office or courier of your choice.
  • Use a tracked/insured service as the customer is liable for any losses.
  • Refunds take up to 10 working days.
  • Exchanges take up to 14 working days.
  • You will be refunded to your original method of payment.
  • Once we have processed your return/exchange you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Please allow 3-5 working days from receipt of email for the refund to show on your statement.

N.B. Faulty Goods - returned garments must be laundered and clean. We cannot accept soiled garments. These will be returned to customers without repair.

Christmas Returns Policy 2023

To help you shop with confidence this season, our Christmas returns policy is valid between 17th November and 24th December 2023. Any purchases made online or in-store between these dates can be returned up until 31st January 2024. For purchases made from 24th December onwards, our normal refund policy applies.

 

Custom Team Items (Made to Order)

Once orders have been confirmed for ‘custom made’ garments they may not be cancelled. Please ensure your choices are correct before you place your order.

Any errors, defects or shortages need to be notified to Crewroom within seven days of receipt of goods. If there is an error as a result of Crewroom's mistake we will, of course, correct it. To return faulty garments please call for authorisation first on 020 8877 3888 and then send them to Crewroom, c/o Flight Logistics Group, Unit 7-8 Wokingham Commercial Centre, Molly Millars Lane, Wokingham RG41 2RF.
