We hope you will be happy with your Crewroom purchase. However, we know you may occasionally need to return unworn items.

You can return your unworn purchase within 28 days of purchase. We will refund you to your original payment method within 7 days of receipt.

Download Returns Form & Address Label (All returns must have a completed returns form).

Please print out and complete the returns form above and include it with your returned items. Affix the returns address label to your package and post it back to us.

We advise you to get proof of postage when returning goods.

Returned goods should be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. Please ensure you do not affix labels or tape to the product packaging, only the external shipping packaging. Crewroom reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct from a refund any diminution of value as a result of the product not being in the above condition.

The extent to which you can handle the goods should the same as it would be if you were looking at them in a shop.

Please include the reason for your return, this helps us to improve things for you next time and make our products even better.

We are only able to exchange like for like products (eg: for an alternative size). If you require a different item you will need to opt for a refund and place a new order.

N.B. Faulty Goods - returned garments must be laundered and clean. We cannot accept soiled garments. These will be returned to customers without repair.

Custom Team Items (Made to Order)

Once orders have been confirmed for ‘custom made’ garments they may not be cancelled. Please ensure your choices are correct before you place your order.

Any errors, defects or shortages need to be notified to Crewroom within seven days of receipt of goods. If there is an error as a result of Crewroom's mistake we will, of course, correct it. To return faulty garments please call for authorisation first on 020 8877 3888 and then send them to Crewroom, The Embankment Studios, Embankment, Putney SW15 1LB.
