Have had mixed feelings about shopping at Crewroom as it’s pricey. Previous efforts to order kit have met with no success at all. I was given a Gift voucher and trying to spend it was a nightmare. We gave up in the end. Other attempts also failed for whatever reason. However, Crewroom kit is very desirable so I decided to give it another stab. Has gone really well. Received items super quickly. Above all, we love the quality and random people, not only rowers, comment on how nice it is. Now I’m finally hooked!
I bought a pair of padded ERGO shorts, however the padding is no good for the Ergo, it is obviously a bicycle short, with the padding in the wrong place for the Ergo.

We have designed these shorts to have a padded back/bottom so when sitting on the ergo machine, you have comfort and to minimise any pressure abrasions and to date with product testing and customer reviews we have had great feedback. We will of course pass your feedback onto our designer so we have it logged for reference for any future production we have .

Slow delivery times.... Took 9 days to arrive on a Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours (apparently this is acceptable).
Poor communication (no emails after "We have your order and will let you know when it is dispatched"). I contacted them as had no idea the item had even been dispatched.
Not impressed with service; Will not order from them again

Your order was placed on 4th August at 3.28pm so missed the 2pm cut off time we have for same day despatch.
Your order was prepared on the 5th of August, booked as Royal Mail 48 tracked and collected by Royal Mail on 6th August.
Unfortunately, Royal Mail 48 tracked is not a guaranteed 48-hour service by Royal Mail and looking at the tracking the parcel, whilst scanned daily with updates, was tied up in the Royal Mail system until it was delivered on the 13th of August.
Our terms for standard delivery which you booked are as follows-
- Estimated 5-7 working days
- EVRI or Royal Mail 48 tracked delivery
