Slow delivery times.... Took 9 days to arrive on a Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours (apparently this is acceptable).
Poor communication (no emails after "We have your order and will let you know when it is dispatched"). I contacted them as had no idea the item had even been dispatched.
Not impressed with service; Will not order from them again
Thanks for your feedback, we will be looking into why you did not receive the tracking information email when your parcel was despatched to ensure this does not happen again. We hope that you like your item despite having to wait for delivery.
Your order was placed on 4th August at 3.28pm so missed the 2pm cut off time we have for same day despatch.
Your order was prepared on the 5th of August, booked as Royal Mail 48 tracked and collected by Royal Mail on 6th August.
Unfortunately, Royal Mail 48 tracked is not a guaranteed 48-hour service by Royal Mail and looking at the tracking the parcel, whilst scanned daily with updates, was tied up in the Royal Mail system until it was delivered on the 13th of August.
Our terms for standard delivery which you booked are as follows-
- Estimated 5-7 working days
- EVRI or Royal Mail 48 tracked delivery
I am sorry once again that delivery took longer than expected and assure you, I will be following up on why you did not receive any information about the tracking of your parcel when it was despatched.
