These terms and conditions apply to Teamroom Orders Only.
DELIVERY ADDRESS *IMPORTANT*
When your kit is ready, orders will be bagged individually and delivered to your Kit Officer for distribution. NB: Kit is not dispatched to individual addresses.
Teamroom products are not stock items and are made to order therefore delivery is normally 6 to 8 weeks from the Teamroom closing date.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The prices payable for goods shall be those in Crewroom's price list current at the time of dispatch. VAT where applicable will be added to all amounts payable by the Buyer. Crewroom reserves the right to revise all prices and specifications.
2. DELIVERY AND HANDLING CHARGES
Each team order will be charged £3.50 for delivery and handling. This covers the cost of processing individual credit/debit card transactions, sorting and packing individual team orders and delivery courier to one central team address.
3. TO START YOUR CUSTOM TEAM ORDER VIA THE TEAMROOM
We will only begin to process your order and assign an estimated delivery date upon receipt of the following information:
a. Teamroom agreement document: Signed and returned by kit officer.
b. Kit board sign-off: A Teamroom will only open when all details are finalised. This includes final style, fabric colours and all artwork/logo designs.
c. Final quantity and sizes – collated when the Teamroom closes.
Please note: Garment photos and colour charts in our brochure and on our website are representational and may not match the actual fabric. Variations may occur between different fabrics and between sublimated and pre-dyed fabrics.
4. PAYMENT DETAILS
Individual payments for Teamroom orders will be taken upon checkout via a secure payment gateway. Payment can be made via debit or credit card.
All goods supplied will remain the sole and absolute property of Crewroom until the Buyer has paid in full.
5. CHANGING AN ORDER
Our goal is to service all customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please note that once a team order is entered into the production queue, changes or cancellations cannot be made. Please ensure your choices are correct before you place your order. To avoid delaying production and delivery, additional orders cannot be accepted once the Teamroom has closed.
6. ORDER MINIMUMS
Due to the complexities involved in custom-manufacturing minimum order quantities have been set to ensure economical manufacturing. For orders placed via the Teamroom the minimum quantity is eight on fully custom kit.
7. DELIVERY TIME
Depending on the mix of products ordered, delivery is normally 6 to 8 weeks from the Teamroom closing date.
NB: Orders that require new artwork - we create artwork based on the specifications you have provided and then email this to you for approval. Delays in this process may delay your order.
DUE TO THE VARIABLES INHERENT IN CUSTOM MANUFACTURING, ALL DELIVERY DATES QUOTED ARE ESTIMATES AND CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.
8. RETURNS AND REPAIRS
Once orders have been confirmed for custom made items they may not be cancelled. Please ensure your choices are correct before you place your order. Any errors, defects or shortages need to be notified to Crewroom within 7 days of receipt of goods. If there is an error as a result of Crewroom's mistake we will correct it.

NB: Returned garments must be laundered and clean. Soiled garments will be returned to customers without repair.
Crewroom reserves the right to refuse sale or withdraw from sale any item without reason or notice. If any disputes arise regarding this web site, such disputes shall be resolved according to the laws in the UK.
