> Delivery is 8-10 weeks from the point the team room closes. (JL Rowing Kit can take up to 12 weeks.)

> There are no delivery charges for Teamroom orders. Your order will be delivered in bulk along with other team members orders to the kit rep of the School/Club.

NB: Orders that require new artwork - we create artwork based on the specifications you have provided and then email this to you for approval. Delays in this process may delay your order.

Christmas Returns Policy 2023

To help you shop with confidence this season, our Christmas returns policy is valid between 17th November and 24th December 2023. Any purchases made online or in-store between these dates can be returned up until 31st January 2024. For purchases made from 24th December onwards, our normal refund policy applies.

You can return your unworn purchase within 28 days of purchase. We will refund you to your original payment method within 7 days of receipt.
