The international postage and packaging charge on our website includes the cost of delivery only. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs duties or local taxes that may be incurred upon arrival.

NB: On 29th August 2025, the US removed the duty-free de minimis exemption. This means that all US imports, regardless of origin and value (whether above, below or at the previous $800 threshold) are now subject to duties, taxes and fees.

TEAMROOM ITEMS:

There are no delivery charges for Teamroom orders. Your order will be delivered in bulk along with other team members orders to the kit rep of the School/Club.

Production of orders will only commence once the Teamroom has been closed which is at the discretion of your kit rep. Delivery is 8-10 weeks from the point the team room closes.

RETURNS:

🎄What is your Christmas returns policy?🎄

• Any full-price items ( including those that attracted Black Friday Discounts) bought on or after 9 October 2025 can be returned until 25 January 2026.
• Special priced items, outlet items, and sale items then our standard returns policy of 14 days still applies.
  
• 28 days return period - Full Price Items.
• 14 days return period - Sale/Clearance Items.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
• Crewroom reserves the right to refuse returns or deduct an amount from a refund where items are not returned in the condition above.
• Fill in the returns form on the back of your invoice requesting a refund.
• Use the address label that’s on the bottom of your invoice (it is not pre-paid.)
• Return via Post Office or courier of your choice.
• Use a tracked/insured service as the customer is liable for any losses.
• Refunds take up to 10 working days.
  

EXCHANGES:

Exchanging in store

• Items purchased in a Crewroom store can be exchanged at our shop — please bring proof of purchase.
• We’re unable to process exchanges for online orders in‑store at this time. However, you may bring an online order to the shop to return for a refund to the original payment method, then purchase your replacement in a separate transaction.
  

Exchanging Online

• We’re not able to offer online exchanges. Please return the item for a refund, then place a new order for the item you want.

Sale Items

• If you bought during a sale period and need a different size, return the original for a refund, then place a new order.
• We can’t honour sale prices if you purchase a different item or buy after the sale has ended.
