A message from Crewroom Founder, Kate Giles

Since launching Crewroom 20 years ago I have, on occasion, been required to navigate a steady course through some choppy waters when global economic challenges threaten the normal flow of business. However, the recent outbreak of Covid-19 is unprecedented and is unlike anything we have ever experienced. Therefore, in these unsettling times, I wanted to contact you personally.

Firstly, I would like to reassure you that, here at Crewroom, we are taking the situation extremely seriously and the welfare of our customers and staff is, and will remain, our top priority.

Understandably, this is a dynamic situation which will continue to evolve. For now, it is very much business as usual and please rest assured that we will continue to work closely with our supply base, both at home and abroad, to fulfil customer orders, while constantly adopting Government guidelines.

The success of our brand is largely down to the strong bonds and partnerships we have built up with our manufacturing base and we know that, they too, are relying on us at this difficult time. But, above all, the loyalty of our customers throughout the years has made Crewroom the brand that it is today so, first and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude and thanks for your continued support.
